Being next to the construction didn't affect my comfort. The rooms with balconies were cozy and well-appointed. The service was incredibly friendly, and even the local iguanas added a charming touch. The hotel room was comfortable and nicely appointed, clean, and I enjoyed my stay despite the ongoing construction next to the resort. The service was outstanding and the staff were nice, helpful, and polite. The location was very good, about 25 minutes' walk from the center of Puerto Morelos along the beach. The dining experience was really good at Aphrodite, and the facilities met my expectations. However, it was hard to feel good in other places after being at Desire Pearl, and slipping was not possible in the jacuzzi area.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were large and comfortable with a balcony, perfect for relaxing. The service was outstanding, with staff who were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the center of Puerto Morelos along the beach. The dining experience was delightful, especially at the Aphrodite restaurant. Although there was some construction nearby due to the resort expansion, it didn't detract much from my overall enjoyment.
