The service was outstanding and the staff were nice, helpful, and polite. The location was very good, about 25 minutes' walk from the center of Puerto Morelos along the beach. The dining experience was really good at Aphrodite, and the facilities met my expectations. However, it was hard to feel good in other places after being at Desire Pearl, and slipping was not possible in the jacuzzi area.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were large and comfortable with a balcony, perfect for relaxing. The service was outstanding, with staff who were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met.
